Teaching has been a lifelong passion for Miner. The bonds she builds with her students inspire her to stay in the classroom.

On Monday, September 23rd, the U.S. Department of Education recognized River Heights Elementary as a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School. River Heights is one of 356 schools in the nation chosen for excelling in academic performance or closing gaps in achievement amongst student groups.
